NCMA Fall Family Photos

We scored a perfect evening for these NCMA fall family photos last year! I photographed Jack’s newborn session last Spring shortly before going out on maternity leave. So when I saw this precious family again last fall, I couldn’t believe how much he had grown!

I’m no stranger to how fast babies grow, but it never ceases to amaze me when I don’t see my clients for 6 to 12 months. Children two years and under change so much so quickly! Even more reason for frequent family photos, right?!

Transplants to Raleigh

One of the things I love about being a family photographer is that I get to meet so many different people. And while I have many clients who are from Raleigh, I also have a lot of clients who are transplants like myself.

These two in particular are also from the Midwest and lived in Chicago! While we only lived in the Windy City for about a year, it’s always fun meeting and working with people who have lived in the same places as you!

And now that I’ve blogged this session, I’m realizing I never shared their newborn session. It definitely deserves a place here, so you can keep an eye out for that soon!
