Wake Forest Newborn Photography and Videography

Newborn videography, anyone? It’s my new favorite thing, and this sweet Wake Forest family scored a free newborn video from yours truly!

A few months ago I offered up a free video to the first person who booked their newborn session with me. Mae claimed it as quickly as she could, and I’m so happy she did!

She and her husband, Kevin, absolutely adore their newborn daughter. The love between the two of them and Violet is so incredibly evident.

From the way they look at each other to the way they look at ans so obviously admire their newborn baby, you can hardly avoid feeling anything but love and joy when you’re in their presence.

Wake Forest Newborn Session

The newborn session took place at Kevin and Mae’s gorgeous home in Wake Forest.

We started off in Violet’s beautiful nursery filled with light pinks and greens. It was clear that her parents poured quite a bit of themselves into creating the perfect space for her!

We also made sure to include four-legged big sister, Roo, in the festivities as well, because every sibling deserves to make a cameo, right? 🙂

It’s a Small World

As it turns out, this sweet family is the second family I’ve photographed in the Raleigh area who moved here from Indiana! Is that not crazy?!

Kevin is originally from New Jersey, and Mae grew up in St. Louis before going to Purdue for college. And as it turns out, this is also my husband’s alma mater!

Want to hear something even more ironic? Mae’s brother and my sister both currently live in Edmond, OK just outside of Oklahoma City.

What are the odds, y’all?! They’re slim. But I love finding these crazy commonalities with my clients. It really is a small world!
