In-home lifestyle sessions are easily some of my favorites. They’re not as popular around the Evansville area as I would like for them to be, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that they’re still amazing. Being able to capture memories of your family in the space that you call home is priceless.
So when Luella’s parents chose to do her six month photos in their house, I was ecstatic! They had considered doing her newborn photos in the space, but having had just moved into their new home, they didn’t feel it was ready to be photographed.
They also waited to find out the baby’s gender, and mom wanted to decorate the nursery according to baby’s gender. So needless to say, it wasn’t the right time for an in-home session.
Fast forward six months later, and the house, the nursery and the baby are definitely looking camera ready! Luella is the happiest little gal and smiled for the camera with such ease. I had such a wonderful time hanging out with this sweet family and documenting this season of their lives!
