There are two things I know for certain about Rex and Jessica. One – they love each other in a way that only two people who know one another quite well can. And two – they had a lot of fun on their wedding day.
The girls started their day off at Salon WOW to have their hair done before heading to Discovery Lodge for the rest of their preparations. They put the finishing touches on at the venue while the guys completed their preparations. Because let’s be honest, guys don’t take nearly as long to get ready as girls do – especially when it comes to the wedding day!
Jessica slipped into her bridal gown from House of White with the help of her mom and sisters. She was a stunning bride, and her bridesmaids complemented her well in their blue bridesmaid’s dresses from David’s Bridal.
Rex and Jessica opted not to do a first look with each other. Rex tried to contain his emotions as Jessica walked down the aisle, but it was obvious that the tears were on the verge of overflowing.
Their outdoor ceremony just outside of Discovery Lodge was beautiful, and they exited down the aisle at the end under rose petals tossed by their guests. It was the perfect way to start off their marriage.
The newlyweds enjoyed a lively reception with their friends and family. They were wished farewell through a glow stick tunnel as they headed off to their honeymoon!
Mr. and Mrs. Nuhring, I hope your wedding day was the best day ever, and I hope that your marriage is even better! Congratulations, you two!!
